These service terms explain the Verdera Marketing Suite subscription, plan scope, billing, access and cancellation. Read them together with our General terms and conditions.
Service and provider
Verdera Marketing Suite is a subscription digital service supplied by VERDERA, marketinške in digitalne storitve, Patricia Jarmek s.p. These terms supplement the General terms without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Plan and access
Features, users, projects, markets and limits are defined by Essential, Growth, Performance, Advanced or individually agreed Enterprise. Contractual scope follows the description at ordering, not future development plans. Users protect credentials and manage authorised users' permissions. No white-label right is included.
Subscription and billing
The subscription renews automatically for the selected monthly or annual period unless cancelled before the next period starts. The price, period and next payment date are shown before ordering and in the confirmation. Stripe and bank transfer are intended for both services and VMS. Available methods are shown at checkout.
Bank transfer does not authorise automatic account debits. During the initial phase, access starts after recorded payment and our activation confirmation, which states the start and end of the paid period. Automatic activation applies only when expressly stated at ordering.
Following a failed payment, we send a notice allowing seven calendar days to pay before possible suspension of access.
Changes and cancellation
Request cancellation or a plan change at suite@verdera.agency or through an available account function. We acknowledge receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period. Ordinary cancellation does not trigger a pro-rata refund for that period because access remains available.
Plan changes take effect from the next billing period without pro-rata adjustments in the current period. Statutory withdrawal, non-conformity remedies and other mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Price changes do not apply retrospectively to a paid period. We communicate the new price and its effect before renewal, allowing cancellation before renewal.
Data, integrations and AI
Users must be authorised to connect accounts and submit data. Integration permissions can be revoked. AI output and estimates require review and do not guarantee rankings, sales or accuracy of every conclusion. This does not exclude agreed functionality or statutory digital service remedies. Processing is described in the Data protection notice and, where applicable, governed by a data processing agreement.
Availability and termination
VMS support: suite@verdera.agency. We respond within three working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Slovenian public holidays). This is a response deadline, not a resolution guarantee. Users may export project data while the subscription is active.
We delete project data within 30 days after access expires, subject to controller instructions and legal exceptions. Earlier deletion may be requested.
Longer retention requires a separate documented agreement specifying its purpose and duration, rather than indefinite storage. Invoices and necessary contractual records are retained separately. A service level agreement (SLA) applies only if expressly agreed.
Conformity of the digital service
For continuous consumer supply, we are responsible for conformity throughout the contractual period. Consumers may request free restoration of conformity within a reasonable time and, subject to statutory conditions, a proportionate price reduction or termination. These rights are independent of the 14-day withdrawal period.
Subscription scope and tracking units
The subscription covers the software platform within the selected plan. Agency services, individual implementation of recommendations and advertising budgets are agreed separately. One keyword-and-market combination uses one tracking slot. Desktop and mobile are not counted twice on that basis. AI usage, report, user, check and integration quotas are not unlimited and must be specified in the plan description before ordering.
Refresh frequency and source availability
The VMS description provides for daily Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 synchronisation and weekly refreshes of other SEO, keyword, competitor, backlink, GEO/AEO and AI Visibility data, subject to source availability. This does not mean real-time monitoring.

The scope of use of each integration is determined by the selected plan and its limits. Connecting user accounts requires the appropriate permissions and the user’s authorisation.
