This document explains when and how consumers can withdraw from a distance service contract and how to send a complaint to Verdera agency. Statutory withdrawal, subscription cancellation and remedies for service defects are separate rights.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may generally withdraw without giving a reason from a distance service contract within 14 days of conclusion, subject to statutory exceptions. Send a statement to info@verdera.agency or VERDERA, Patricia Jarmek s.p., Rakuševa ulica 8, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Any clear statement sent within the deadline is sufficient. The model form is optional and both methods need not be used.
Early performance
Starting performance during the withdrawal period requires the consumer's express request. If withdrawal occurs in time, a proportionate amount for services performed may be charged only where statutory conditions are met. For fully performed paid services, loss of the right requires the legally prescribed prior express consent and acknowledgement of loss upon full performance. Activating a Verdera Marketing Suite subscription does not automatically remove the right. Separate statutory conditions apply to digital content supplied without a tangible medium.
Reimbursement
Eligible payments are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification, using the original payment method unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise without additional fees. Only legally permissible proportionate payment for services performed may be accounted for.
Complaints
Use the above email or postal address and identify the order, defect and requested remedy. Rights concerning non-conformity or improper performance are independent of the withdrawal period and remain unaffected.
